Adoption Profile Design | Forever Family Designs

At Forever Family Designs, it is our desire to help you design an adoption profile that reflects your individual style while bringing out your full potential. We will help you choose photos, and lay them out in a way that most effectively communicates who you are to expectant parents. We are also available to help you edit your birth mother letter—one we adamantly believe needs to be personal to you and written from your heart. Because of this conviction, we do not have pre-written templates for your use. However, we would be happy to review the letter you write yourself, make suggestions on how it could be improved, and include the letter in your profile book if you so choose.

Digital Adoption Profile Design ……………….. $800

This includes between 35 and 45 hours of profile design, photo resizing, color correction, and placement, and three revisions of your initial design. Each profile is custom designed according to your individual style and agency specifications. Once the initial design is complete, I will work with you and your agency swapping photos and editing text to ensure you are happy with your final design. Upon completion of your profile you receive a high resolution PDF file of your design.

The most common profile size requested is 8.5 x 11 and range in length from 12-16 pages front and back.We prefer to schedule ten days to work on your profile, and we will work with you prior to your scheduled design time to get your photos and text ready. We usually book around six weeks out, be sure to check out our openings on our calendar here. If you have dates you would like to request we can send you our contract and put you on our calendar. The cost to hold your spot is $400 ($125 is not refundable if you change your mind). The additional design fee is due when you approve the final proof of your custom adoption profile design.

Please note you will receive a high resolution PDF of your design; you are able to send the pdf to the printer of your choice to have it printed and bound as you desire. Should you choose us to bind and print your profiles we have the following options:

Soft Cover Profiles:

We offer professionally printed soft cover adoption profiles. These are more affordable especially if your adoption agency requires many copies. The printer we use does great work, and there will not be any logos on the cover or inside pages. They are also lightweight and easy to mail but look much nicer than printed pages in sheet protectors. You may view an example on our blog by clicking here.

Adoption Profile Blog Website We would be happy to turn your adoption profile into a blog/website format for networking. You may view a sample here. We will do the design to match your profile, add keywords for to help with search engine ranking, and add a contact form which will send inquiries directly to you. This is a great way to get your profile out to friends and family and is also perfect way to get web presence if you are doing a private adoption.

Custom Design | Additional Revisions…………………….. $40 per hour

We offer custom design work or shorter 2-4 page profiles at $40 per hour. We try to save all of our clients files for three years so we can revise them if they decide to adopt again.*price is based on the dimensions, number of pages and quantity of books ordered
