Forever Family Designs is the collaboration of a husband and wife team with a vision of creatively helping other families throughout their adoption journey.  This includes assistance from the very beginning, getting to know you and your personality and creating your adoption profile to accurately reflect your life, and celebrating with you by providing unique adoption announcements when your child arrives home.

We are the parents of two amazing boys and a baby girl, all adopted through domestic infant adoption. We’ve come through the process successfully, however, the initial step of creating an adoption profile was absolutely daunting.  We had no experience with scrap-booking, no supplies, and no idea of what to include in our profile. It was so overwhelming that this book had to accurately reflect our life, and would be the most important resource an expectant mother would use to choose us to raise her child. Even after scouring the web, I had a difficult time finding examples of an excellent profile. After laboring, stressing, and working through our insecurities, we finally created a profile we felt comfortable showing to expectant mothers. And with all of our adoptions, we were matched within 30 days.  We attribute the short time frame to many factors, but the most important by far was being able to relate to birthmothers through our profile. Both of our sons’ first mothers have said they chose us from the pictures in our profile. Having been through this process a few times, we were quickly inspired to help other families who feel as overwhelmed as we did.

It is our desire to help you design an adoption profile that reflects your individual style while bringing out your full potential. We would like to help you choose photos and lay them out in a way that can most effectively communicate who you are to expectant parents. We are also available to help you edit your birth mother letter—one we feel strongly needs to be personal to you and written from your heart.  Because of this conviction, we do not have pre-written templates for your use.  However, we would be happy to review the letter you write yourself, make suggestions on how it could be improved, and include the letter in your profile book if that is what your agency prefers. We will work with you every step of the way to be sure you are happy with your finished product, and to ensure it fits within your specific agency guidelines.

Once your child is welcomed home, it is our joy to help complete your celebration by offering unique, high-quality adoption announcements— an art that can be lacking among stationery, paper, and design companies.
